Combine the yogurt mixture, 2
eggs and 1-cup cold water into a blender and blend until it's
smooth.
Pour the mixture into a pot add
4 cups of water and 1/2 cup of rice and heat over high heat. Make
sure you are stirring the mixture constantly to avoid curdle until
it comes to a boil.
Now add swiss chard, parsley,
celery and pepper, reduce the heat to medium for 10-15 minutes. Make
sure to stir every few minutes.
Reduce the heat and add
cilantro, mint and salt for taste. Cover for few minutes.
Serve warm, or you can keep refrigerated to
serve cold.
